Visualizing Health Disparities: Making Data Accessible for Stakeholders

This session will show how to make unique data visualizations in order to make service utilization and health outcome data relevant and engaging for a variety of folks, including people with HIV, community planners, service providers and community stakeholders outside of HIV.
