Description

Reaching viral suppression for the last 10% is challenging! Three different clinical sites across the state of Missouri identified a way to stratify unsuppressed patients – those that are consistently viremic and those that are unexpectedly viremic. This presentation will focus on quality improvement (QI) interventions for patients with persistent viremia.

Learning Objectives

  1. Describe different ways to stratify unsuppressed clients.
  2. Identify QI interventions that target patients with persistent viremia.
  3. Recognize how a statewide quality team fosters collaboration for QI efforts.
