Having 40 years of mental health and chronic disease management experience, Ms. Cestaro-Seifer has provided care and treatment to individuals living in Illinois, North Carolina, Tennessee, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Florida.

Tania Chatterjee, MHS

Tania Chatterjee has her Master of Health Science in Reproductive and Cancer Biology from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Currently, she works full time as an HIV Health Educator at the Inova Juniper Program, funded by Mid-Atlantic AIDS Education Training Center (MAAETC) and the Virginia HIV/AIDS Resources and Consultation Center (VHARCC).

Marcee Kerr

Since 2012, Marcee Kerr has served as the Clinical Quality Program Manager for the Ryan White Part A program at Public Health – Seattle & King County, located in Seattle, Washington. In this role, she coordinates Quality Improvement efforts for the Seattle Transitional Grant Area (TGA), provides strategic planning to address systemic barriers to care, and collaborates with local organizations and the State Department of Health on initiatives to reduce HIV-related stigma and discrimination in Washington.

David Joseph Moody

David Joseph Moody was born in San Antonio, Texas to a military family.  His father, Colonel Moody’s exemplary service inspired David’s own enlistment with the US Navy.  Following an intensive education at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command and five years of service aboard the frigate USS SE Morison (FFG-13), he found his way back to DC, eventually managing Smith and Wollensky before it’s closure.  He then pursued his degree in Computer Science at the University of the District of Columbia.  For the past five years, he has been involved in Washington DC’s LGBTQ com

Chinonso (Chinnie) Ukachukwu

Chinonso (Chinnie) Ukachukwu was born in Northern Nigeria. She relocated to the United States to be with her husband in 2012.  She has a BSC in Applied Biochemistry but has always been very interested in all things health. She has worked for over a decade with patients who have various acute and chronic conditions. Her desire to educate and motivate patients reach better health outcomes led her to a master’s degree in public health as well as a Master Trainer with the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP).

Mulamba Lunda, MPH, MSW, LMSW

Mulamba Lunda, MPH, MSW, LMSW is the Regional Director of Ryan White Programs at Eau Claire Cooperative Health Center.  She attended Warren Wilson College and earned her Bachelor’s degree then was accepted at the University of South Carolina, Columbia South Carolina under a full scholarship – the Public Health Social Work Project graduated with an MPH and MSW.  She is also a general licensed social worker (LMSW).  She is a recipient of the Award of Excellence from the South Carolina Primary Health Care Association.

Asia Brown, LMSW, MFA

Asia Brown is a Ryan White Case Manager at St. Louis University, Division of Infectious Diseases. Asia earned her MSW at the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis and is currently completing LCSW supervision. With a background in broadcast journalism and writing, Asia maintains a deep interest in exploring the human connection. Asia takes this same interest into her quality improvement planning efforts as the QI liaison for her organization and as a member of the CQII Leadership Program.

Jeremy Hyvarinen

Jeremy Hyvarinen has served Phoenix’s Ryan White community for more than 8 years.  His experience includes work in governmental and non-profit positions.  Jeremy transitioned the Phoenix EMA to mandatory lab reporting for Part A clients and led the development of client-named Continuum monitoring.  Under his clinical quality management leadership, the Phoenix EMA viral load suppression rate has increased 9%.  He has coached Community Based Organizations and Indian Health Services teams in more than 75 improvement projects addressing viral load suppression and linkage to
