Are providers expected to report on services they were funded for but did not provide?

In the “Service Information” section of the RSR Provider Report, services your agency was funded for will have a check mark. You will need to check off whether each service that you were funded for was delivered. If you check off a service as delivered, you will need to include client-level data indicating that clients received that service.  If you do not mark a funded service as delivered, you will need to enter a comment in the Validations results page.
