What should I write if I need to include comments during the validation process?
Validation warnings should be fixed if possible, but you may add a comment if the data cannot be fixed. A common example is clients missing viral load tests or other data elements. To submit your RSR, you must submit a comment for each validation warning explaining why the data are not available and provide a plan for how you will resolve any issues in the following year if possible.
