Tweets and Posters to Support Open Enrollment

TargetHIV

A new set of tools for promoting enrollment and renew of health coverage are now available, featuring a guide on social media content messages and a series of posters. Both resources are by the HRSA-funded ACE TA Center and are Part 5 in their Preparing for Open Enrollment series for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP).

Social Media Twitter

The Twitter Toolkit for Marketplace Open Enrollment presents consumer and provider sample messages (and images) under three categories: (1) pre-enrollment resources for consumers; (2) plan renewals and availability of financial assistance; and (3) post-enrollment resources for consumers to help them use and maintain their coverage. 

Posters

The ACE My Health Insurance Works for Me poster series features enrollment and plan renewal messages tailored for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) clients. They are customizable to your agency and are available in English and Spanish.

  • The Enrollment poster series addresses the benefits of health coverage beyond HIV care and treatment and the availability of enrollment help and financial assistance.
  • The Renewals poster series covers comparing plan options, what to do if your current plan isn’t offered or will cost more next year, and getting help from your RWHAP case manager.
  • The Stay Covered poster series focuses on staying in touch with ADAP, special enrollment periods, and what to do if you lose coverage.
