TargetHIV

The June 7 HIV.gov blog, June Observances Are Opportunities to Highlight Impact of HIV on Men, calls out June’s Mentions Health Month and the June 11-17 Men’s Health Week as opportunities to focus on the impact of HIV on gay and bisexual men, particular men of color. We'd like to build on that advice and highlight the below HRSA resources that provide training and technical assistance to address the disproportionate impact of HIV among African American gay/bisexual men.

His Health

His Health provides online training for health care professionals on delivery of HIV care for black men who have sex with men (MSM) This HRSA-funded training initiative offers a full range of resources to enhance linkage, retention, and engagement strategies targeting Black MSM.

Well Versed

Well Versed is an online resource and conversation forum for health care providers and Black MSM. Well Versed ignites conversations between both groups.

In It Together

In It Together, the National Health Literacy Project for Black MSM, is designed to improve the capacity of health departments and community-based organizations to deliver health-literate HIV services, with a particular focus on health services provided to Black/African American MSM.
